Gîte in a charming house overlooking the river

Welcome to Lilarize!
This large building in the heart of the village of Mas d'Azil.
600m² of living space, along the river. 1 adjoining garden and 1 vegetable garden 5 minutes' walk away (with chickens and trampoline!)

Accommodation
The gîte is located on the 2nd floor of the large building. All areas have been renovated using ecological materials and highly skilled craftsmen (compagnons).
There's no TV, but internet access is available (fiber optics with or without wifi).
You'll be staying in a completely private space of around 90m². The gîte is on 2 levels. Work was completed in April 2023.

As you enter, you'll find a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200) + 1 single bed (90x200) + 1 bathroom (bath) + 1 dining area + fitted kitchen.
Upstairs, another living room with sofa bed (sleeps 140x190), a trapper's cabin with 2 futons 70x200 and a bedroom with double bed (2x90x200) and small en-suite shower room.

sleeps up to 7 people.

In addition to the gîte, you'll have access to shared spaces subject to availability (45m² yoga room, 60m² living room with ping pong table, 4K video projector and DVD player, dining room, fireplace, small living room with office facing the garden, 2 toilets.

Direct view of the river. No risk of falls for babies (standard railing). 3-minute walk to river.

Other comments
On certain evenings, we also offer meals served at the gîte or in the garden. Local, organic, garden-fresh cuisine!
